Maintenance release for Akka.NET v1.0.3** Akka.IO** This release introduces some major new features to Akka.NET, including [Akka.IO - a new set of capabilities built directly into the Akka NuGet package that allow you to communicate with your actors directly via TCP and UDP sockets](http://getakka.net/docs/IO) from external (non-actor) systems.
